1. What we collect and store

• Reel projects: the timeline your AI assistant writes through the tools: product name, tagline, features, URL, on-screen copy, scene settings, brand colours and fonts, music and sound settings, and up to 30 previous versions of it.
• Uploaded files: images, audio tracks and font files you add in the player, and the beat analysis (tempo and beat times) the player measures for audio you upload.
• Captured files: when you give a website URL, screenshots of that public page, its logo, and font files from the same site, plus the colours, font names, page title and meta description read from it.
• Rendered videos: MP4 files rendered on our server or exported from the player and saved for download.
• Technical logs: request time, path, tool name, status and error messages, kept by our hosting provider for operations and abuse prevention.

We do not ask for or store names, email addresses, accounts, payment details, location or chat history. Do not put personal data in reel text or uploads unless you intend it to appear in the video.

2. How we use it

Only to provide the service: to store and play your reel, render frames and videos, show the reel in the player, debug errors and prevent abuse. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling or training AI models, and BeatReel runs no AI models itself.

3. Where it is stored and for how long

Projects, versions, assets and videos are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage and are deleted automatically 30 days after they were written. Render job status is kept in Cloudflare Durable Objects for the same period at most. Technical logs are kept up to 30 days.

4. Who receives it

• Cloudflare (hosting, storage, server-side browser rendering, logging) as our infrastructure processor.
• The AI assistant you use - for example OpenAI ChatGPT or Anthropic Claude - which sends the tool calls and receives the tool results, handled under its own privacy policy.
• Google Fonts, when a reel uses a Google font, receives the font request from the player or render page.
• Anyone you share a reel id or download link with: reel ids and links are unguessable capability links, so treat them like private links.

We do not sell or rent personal data.

5. Your controls

Delete a reel and all its files at any time with the delete_reel tool, or email support@magicteams.ai with the reel id and we will delete it within 30 days (in practice, much sooner). You can also ask us what we hold for a reel id. There are no accounts to close.
