Email support@magicteams.ai with what you tried, the tool name and the reel id (r_...). We aim to answer within 2 business days.

Common fixes

Brand capture failed: the page must be public (no login) and load in a normal browser; try the main marketing page, or upload a logo and screenshots in the player.
Track mode error: upload the song in the player first; it measures the beats on upload.
Stale edit: the reel changed since it was read; read it again and retry.
Delete my data: use the delete_reel tool or email us the reel id.
